Soles4Souls: March4ward
Hands On Nashville’s Youth Volunteer Corps (YVC), a dedicated group of area teens who are committed to community service, invites you to join them in the March4ward campaign. Through a special partnership between Soles4Souls, an international charity dedicated to donating shoes to those in need, the YVC challenges Middle Tennesseans to collect 40,000 pairs of shoes between now and Saturday, April 25.
To help meet this goal, reach out to your network of friends to request donations. Collect shoes in any container of your choosing, or receive a Soles4Soul’s shoe collection box by contacting Erika Burnett at 298-1108 x 112. On April 25, between 1:00 and 5:00 pm, Hands On Nashville’s Youth Volunteer Corps will staff the March4ward collection site in front of Rain Forest Café at Opry Mills Mall. Please bring your gently used shoes to our YVC members, and help Hands On Nashville commemorate Global & National Youth Service Day with your generous shoe donation.
